We have used Arab Academy's program at our school for children and youth. Before registering students, we asked them to sit for the online Arabic placement test. Some of them took the test at home, others at our computer lab. We placed students in classes according to the results of the test and the teachers recommendation. Our teachers used printouts of the Arab Academy Electronic Books in class and we took each group to the lab to take the online test. We will use the certificates issued by Arab Academy to distribute to our students at the end of the school year. Although, we are a Weekend School students had the opportunity to study from home during the week leveraging the use of the Arab Academy online program.

The Arab Academy program is not comparable to an interactive program or a book. It is a comprehensive system that provides teacher support, curriculum matching the ages and language levels of students, placement tests, end of session tests, online games and activities, electronic books plus technical and academic support. Our children enjoyed the courses tremendously, enjoyed the Arabic classes and the burden of preparing tests and games for their students was removed from our teachers. We thoroughly enjoyed the Arab Academy experience and I highly recommend it for other schools and Weekend Schools!
