I use Arab Academy as a guideline for my curriculum. I like it particularly because I can individualize instruction. I have quite a few heritage learners who can go at their own pace using Arab Academy. In the pictures, are my students from CC and UCCS. As a cultural field trip, we went to a Moroccan restaurant. In two of the pictures below, we were washing our hands before the meal, Moroccan way. At the end of the evening, there was a big show.
