The tashahhud
|
|
| Greetings to God. |
التَّحِيَّاتُ للهِ،
|
| And Prayers and Bounty. |
وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ،
|
| Peace and God's mercy and blessings be on you, prophet. |
السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ
وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ،
|
| Peace be on us and on God's pious servants. |
السَّلامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللهِ
الصَّالِحِينَ ،
|
| I testify that there is no God but Allah, alone without a partner. |
أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَه إِلا اللهَ وَحْدَهُ
لا شَرِيكَ لَهُ،
|
| And I testify that Muhammad is His worshipper and messenger. |
وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ
وَرَسُولُهُ،
|
| Oh God, Pray on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. |
الَّلهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلى
آَلِ مُحَمَّدٍ،
|
| As you prayed on Abraham and the family of Abraham. |
كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى
آَلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ،
|
| And Bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. |
وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آَلِ
مُحَمَّدٍ،
|
| As you blessed Abraham and the family of Abraham. |
كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى
آَلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي العَالَمِينَ،
|
| You are the All Praiseworthy, All Glorious. |
إَنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ.
