Egyptian Women work after Marriage

Heba and Maha are two of our very best teachers.  They are lovely young ladies who have joined our team 2 years ago making our Speaking classes in the mornings very successful.  Heba got engaged last year and Maha got engaged last week.  The surprise is that Maha got engaged to one of her former colleagues, Onsi, who used to work on our graphics design team.  He is a great young man as well.  He left us last year, but we count on Maha to bring him back to us :)

When I heard that Maha got engaged, I enjoyed the chocolate that is customarily distributed on such happy occasions, then I gave my usual speech:  "Yes, to marriage!  No, to staying at home!"  They both plan to continue working after they marry.  I really wish to see Heba and Maha happy as they are delightful young ladies in every respect.
